We make sure that all work is completed in accordance with applicable FHA, HUD or VA guidelines in the preservation industry, along with the current IBC and mechanical codes in the construction industry. Financial Logistics & Planning
Technology
All office systems and data are backed up to an off site
storage located in Huntley IL. Our recovery processes are
designed to complete orders and rapidly resume work and
services should an “Act of God” emergency arise.
We have an in-house programmer and IT manager to keep
all data systems updated and running smoothly.
We require photo support for all work completed and store
the photo documented jobs for a period of five years.
Crosstown has a strict financial policy in regards to working
capital. We hold a 60 day cash reserve to subsidize payroll and
overhead as needed.
Utilizing our in house accounting systems all work is invoiced
daily into the Quick Books accounting system to insure
prompt job billing and control cash flow.
Quality Control
Crosstown takes pride in its quality control process. All
properties serviced are carefully reviewed by our quality
control team. All contractors are required to fill out our in
house QC form from site. Our QC reps will then visit site for
further review. Company policy dictates that 100% of all
properties are to follow this process.
We provide site managers to oversee all construction be it in-
house or subcontracted. Our managers keep daily logs of all
events and material deliveries.
