We use cloud technology to transfer photo data from field to office for the prompt closing of orders. We have established a video training procedure in addition to regular field training sessions. We are well versed in the eviction process and understand the sensitive and sometimes dangerous situations that can arise. Our company policy is to let the Sheriff’s take control and dictate the process. We take great pride in removing personals and protecting them from the elements. Our web of contractors can handle multiple orders a day without an incident. We can provide references through the Sheriff’s office if needed.
In the event that the property may still be occupied and generate any media publicity, our contractors are to contact Chad Swaggerty the founder. In the event something may not be resolved we can contact our legal staff at Richard J. Nakon & Associates. Crosstown has implemented a cubic yard (CYD) documentation process to give more accurate invoicing and results to our clients. It is essential that our contractors provide photo documentation of your truck, trailer or container with the dimensions displayed, and photos of the placards in each room with debris. Our main office is secure with cameras and an alarm system. Front office keys are only given to the Owner and Managers.
